I'm back.. and still fat.

You never texted me like you said you would. Liar. Anyway I've always been around but mostly lurked because I thought last year's forum upgrade was atrocious. This newer one is so-so.

Last year was horrible thanks to some psychological trauma/depression/anxiety. I spiked up to 299 but currently now down to 260 :-/ Which is oddly enough the same weight I was when I became inactive around here.

Anyway, happy new year all. Get your ass in gear, Monster ;p I already have.
 
I'm using my public library's internet... so I might not be on as regularly as before. Still.. It's good to see my friends here.
I have a copy of Bob Harper's "The Skinny Rules" which is a really great book. (Bob Harper of Biggest Loser) Short, fast, to the point, and backed up with studies, etc. etc.
Anyway... here we go!
 
Yeah... well... Im committed! I've got to say this team competition is really encouraging me much better than a single person challenge. Not only do I want to lose weight for me, I want to do it for US!!!!!
 
There are people who go on for dieting and keep themselves completely aloof from food which is obviously wrong. i hope u have not done this mistake sir. In order to lose weight one should go for simpler exercises without starving such as jogging, light abs exercise , swimming, and eat healthy foods such as fruits and vegies.
