Some would argue that it's actually healthy. Or one a day, in fact. Good news for you!

Unless of course you mean "one" as in "one gallon."

Alcohol, while it MAY be healthy to a degree when drunk in small amounts, it still has the very strang capability to cause addictions.

Thus, drink milk.
 
Lei plz don't tell me you need to get drunk to have fun. the beer googles may make the opposite sex look better at the moment but eventually the have to come off. you know what i mean. alcohol is not that great it makes ppl do really stupid things.
 
Agree with Jenn, MODERATION, one drink a week is ok, as long as it doesn't turn into one drink while cooking, while cleaning, while watching sporting events...etc... One glass of wine a day is supposed to be good for you... Hard Liquor no matter how you change it I think is bad for you. And beer... just packs the calories on....

Yea it's bad for you but I'm in the point in my life where I'm not willing to give up partying with my friends once or twice a week to shed that extra 2-3 lbs. Keep working out hard and eating healthy and consider the day you drink your one cheat day for that week. Make sure you drink lots of water though because alcohol dehydrates you.
