Lately I have been really, really hungry all the time.
I'll sit down to have some high-fiber cereal as a snack, but then when I'm done I'm still hungry. So then I eat an apple. Then I'm still hungry, so I eat a banana. After eating the banana, I usually feel guilty like I ate way too much (though I'm still not full). This seems to be happening quite often.
Is there any particular reason I'm hungry all the time? Is it possible that I'm eating way too fast and my body doesn't have time to signal my brain that it's full?
(I'm a 19 year-old male...I lift weights 5 days a week and do intense cardio 4-5 days a week. My diet is usually between 2100-2400 calories).
