Im a tough case

I'm not understanding what sort of advice you're looking for.
 
are you sure you have FAT calves? it likely that theyre just more muscular then the rest of your body... It's just not very likely that the last place you would lose fat is in your calves if the rest of you is thin... but even if that were the case theres nothing you can do about that one specific area... your body and genetic makeup determine where you store your fat not what kind of excersizes your doing... so if it really is fat all you can do is continue working out and dieting until it comes off too..
If its just muscle like i suspect it is. the only suggestion i've ever heard for that is things like pilates to make your muscles leaner... or i guess you could try avoiding working them out... but thats a hard thing to do since most cardio requires you to use them
