Hi guys and gals:

My name is Jess and I'm trying to lose 30 pounds by the end of summer. I used to be very active and worked out every day and felt great and strong but have battled depression off and on the last couple of years and allowed myself to go by the wayside. It's time for a change and I'm ready to get back my old self and body. Thanks to anyone who shares their support as I will be doing the same!! :)

Hello Jess1 and welcome!.am sure you'll do well..and congrats on battling depression..I hope you achieve your goal...
I also started at 160lbs..and am aiming at 140 ...
just out of curiosity, how tall are you?
