im a girl with skinny legs HELP

ive been doing some research and it says there is no way you can change where your body stores its fat. does anyone know what i can do or if there is anything i can take to fatten up my legs? i want nice full shapely legs i feel like i have the legs of a little girl and im sick of it i really need help. im 20 years old about 5'3 -5'4 and i weigh about 107. if there is anyone here that knows that i can do please let me know. i actually want to gain some more fat on my legs before i tone them cause i have hardly any fat on my legs.

You'll want to build the muscle in your legs, not store more fat there
 
i agree, if you want shapely legs, just work them out. If you want bouncy/jiggly legs, then add fat ... but, as you said, there is no way to target where your fat goes, so you will also get fat everywhere.
 
i have quite well developed legs although i dont do very much training on them. I agree with the other guys but i think walking alot it what has done my calves and sprinting did my thighs obviously if your not into running that dont really help but normal exercises like standing on tip toes repeatedly helps and bending (at the knees) theres probably loads but i have found to tone its the simple ones that give the best results .........for me you may be different but it wont hurt to try i guess best of luck skinny
