Hello Im sorry if i write just little but thats because Im not so good at english.
But I really need help with answers.
My body have been like this since i was 12years, big waist.. I am not very fat but i wanna have a perfect body with
wide shoulders and chest and low weist, i think you understand how I mean. Just a ripped nice body.
Also my butt and legs is abit fat.
So I wanna know how i gonna start weight loss my legs/butt/weist/belly fat.
Wich exercise? what i gonna do.
