Im 16 and fat..

hi all first time on here im 16 since march and i weigh 203 pound... I really want to make a change but i dont even know where to make a start im reaching out to members on this as im desperate now any one with exercise plans or diet plans i would appreciate thanks. :)
 
You have to do this the right way, with a healthy diet and excersice, I personally 're omens that you go to a physician first to evaluate your condition and guide you to which physical activity can suit you. But you can stay by walking, 30 minutes a day, at a speed that elevated your heart rate, but not too much, because you are starting. With the food try to make some changes, like no soda o junk food, eating more veggies and lean meat, and try to control your portion sizes, don't start your self but don't binge eat, as well drink plenty of water sometimes thrist is confused with hunger.
 
At 16 you may not have control of the types of food you have at home but you can control the amount you eat. A good start is to cut out any sugary drinks or sweets you might currently have as part of your diet, this also include fruit juice because juices contain a lot of sugar and you are better of eating a whole piece of fruit rather than just the juice.

The best exercise is the type you enjoy. Do you like any sports ? bike? skateboard ?these are all good forms of fun exercise. Training at a gym may be out of the question due to your age or cost but that does not stop you from doing basic bodyweight exercises at home, in privacy if you do not like people to see you.

Exercise videos are also a good option for exercise at home in privacy either DVDs or youtube videos.
