and i eat healthy
K well ive been doing all sorts of crunches and **** like sit ups v ups leg lifts jackknive sit ups side static and push ups but i cant seem to get a six pack. Ive been doing this for about a week now, about 200 a day, the first day i started i did 400, not all at once though (100x100x100x50x50) something like that but anyways i know a six pack shouldnt show up but my friend is a year younger than me and he is about the same athelite as me, i play lacrosse he plays basketball, and usually we go swimming together were nto gay. He has been doing sit ups 100 a day for 2 weeks and has a six pack. I am gonna start doing runs once the weather gets better. I have a minor belly from summer but its wearing off and it looks like i got a 2 pack although i dont know wtf this is, but anyways its tough like muscle.
anyone know if its just time i need?

Read the stickies. You can do all the situps and ab exercises you want, you're not showing your abs because you have a layer of fat covering them. You need to reduce your bodyfat to make your abs show. As people are fond of saying on this forum "abs are made in the kitchen".

at 5'7 125 lbs id be worried about putting on some weight before getting a six pack. and doug already said it, abs are made in the kitchen. eat right or you wont get abs period

Hi can someone Help me, I'm 14 abourt 5,4 i weigh about 110 pounds......When i flex i can feel a bit of ab's ...what excerises should do over the summer and how manys times a week and i don't know how many calories i eay but probably the average amount.....and I play lots of sports.....

as said before its mainly diet, tiny bit genetic but you can have amazing abs and not see them as theres a layer of fat over them. I'm fifteen and always eaten well (i dont eat crisps and junk food often) and ive always had a toned core - just dont eat junk and do planks and side planks

Yea. I'm 16. I'm 5,7 and I'm a good runner too.

I'm pretty sure 125lb is underweight and runners that are underweight have a higher chance of getting serious injuries. I weigh 140. And well, would like to be 130...but as I got older, (only about last year) once my body matured more, I got more defined abs. I have a six pack at 140lbs! Because I weigh that in muscle...not fat.

So if you gain more weight...in muscle, you'll get the results you want. :) I'd suggest more protein and unsaturated fats like, nuts.

practice

To do exercise and keep heavy dieting is not matter every time, sometimes it depends on...what type of body you have. some person have flexible body and someone others type, But if you become continue on exercising by the help of the best coach that can suggest you very well, obviously you will get your body fit with six pack, You need practice more healthy dieting.

Hey,

If you want to get ripped, you need to eat well, so 6-7 small-medium size meals a day, that contain protein, carbs, essential fats, minerals, and vitamins. Too much junk food and you will lose the hard work you are doing in the gym, so avoid any sugar products as much as possible.

When you workout you need to push yourself for cardio, and resistance training, do exercises standing and single arm exercises to increase core stability muscles to increase overall fat loss.

Also, after your workouts, your body will continue to burn more calories and fat if you build lean muscle tissue.

Do more reps won`t work if you don`t do them with full intensity, range of motion, correct form, and that you are eating healthy and getting cardio exercise a few times a week.
