I'm 14... and 100 pounds. I need a LOT of help?

I am so skinny it's disgusting. I have no idea how to gain muscle, or even gain weight. "Eat more" is what people tell me, but no matter how much more I eat, I stay the same. I workout at home every once in a while, but besides a little muscle toning, I haven't gotten bigger at all.

Because I run cross country, I haven't been focusing on muscle gain, but now that the season is coming to a close, I want to focus on gaining some serious muscle and weight.

The problem is, I have no idea where to start. I feel so lost when it comes to physical health.

Can I get a step in the right direction, anyone?
 
You are 14 and run cross country. It will all come around. Too young to get big. Puberty will help you out, so just give it time.
