im 13 almost 350 pounds i need desperate help for my age

im a 13 year old boy and ever since my dad left in late 2009 it has been an uphill battle with loosing weight i stress eat im not active the only time is when im getting on the school bus and in GYM class.


i need desperate help
 
Welcome, and I'm glad you reached out for help! I'm sorry about your dad. That completely sucks. Really. Just know that you are so important and worth better changes for your health! You really are worth it.

Try this week to cut out bread. That is how I started. It is only one of many carbs that your body can't process very well, but it is a step in the right direction. You can battle this by cutting down on food alone, but walking or doing something active will help too. Then, maybe in a week or so, cut out soda.

Do you see a doctor once a year? Keep him informed of what you are doing.

So sorry about your dad :( yes, cut out bread. But you can eat as much meat and veggies and fruit as you like, this won't make you fat. I promise you this will help. Stay brave!!!
 
Hi Sam! I've been there. What I have learned is that obesity is defence mechanism that usually kicks in when things go sour in life. Your body is reflection of your mind, so, I would first suggest that you go through a therapy with someone knowlegable in that area.
