I need to lose 15 lbs. And I need some friends to get my blood boiling, so....let's do a weight loss motivation challenge. It will be a contest so let's make sure to send lots of props to each other BUT ALSO trash talk where smack-talk is needed ;-) ESPECIALLY to anyone who misses days!

Who's up for a challenge of exercising at a minimum of 30 minutes/day? Use your judgement about what is exercise but don't cheat yourself! There won't be any prizes except bragging rights unless a sponsor wants to step forward lol? ;-)

I'm starting today, who's in with me?

1. Post often at least 2 times/week.
2. Confirm at least once a week whether you missed on the exercise program
3. Share your workouts that were invigorating/inspiring
4. Let the contest begin!!!

Hi, I'll love to join the challenge, even if I am starting a few days latter. I'll try to go a full hour on the treadmill. Needing to lose more than 15 pounds come May but a start is a start!

I've done 30 min's each day since the start of the challenge... whenver you start just let me know and we'll keep this ball rollin!
 
Definitely in! I usually skip a day each week, hopefully this will encourage me to do it 7 days! :D damn, I realised how late I am to this thread.
 
You can post pretty much any date you want, there's really no "SET IN STONE" rules.
Although, please just edit your post to keep from too much traffic in thread, if you post more than once per week.
