If your do p90x come here lol

So i have just finished day five in the first week and all week i have gained weight but brought it back down to were i have started i know that water weight and i am fine with that. But my question is this i have done maybe 60-75% of every workout they rest was super hard or i couldnt handle anybody else have this problem i feel like if i do what i can and stop then next time improve and keep going till i finish the whole video! Did anybody else have to do this?
any advice or anything would help?
 
I would imagine for a beginner that you wouldnt be able to do everything right away.. as long as you keep moving during the parts you cant do you will be ok. and keep the nutrition on track
 
I couldn't do a lot of the things starting out either. Just stick with it and you'll get better week after week. I wasn't able to keep up with the gang during the Plyo routine until the 10th week I know. It'll come with time. :)
 
Disclaimer - I'm an independent Beachbody coach so my comments are probably biased...



P90X is an extreme program. One of the most important lessons you should learn early on (and one I still struggle with) is to modify the exercises to your level and pace yourself. Hold back on reps and/or weight until you can make it through the whole workout then slowly build up. Keep track of what your doing so you have a baseline to go by for next weeks workout. The people in the videos couldn't keep up when they first started either. Do YOUR best, don't worry about how many they are doing and you'll find yourself improving each time.
