I'm writing tonight with the hope that all of you out there are willing to share your visions with me! I have a dream of opening an internet based health and wellness coaching platform to empower people to take control of their lives and reinvigorate themselves and their loved ones with purpose and meaning beginning with their health. I am in the planning stages and I realize the value in getting opinions from real, live, going-through-it-now, people!
***So here is my question to any and all of you... Whether you've had a health coach during your weight loss journey (formal or informal) or no coach at all (kudos to you! you're a rockstar!) if you were given the chance to hire your DREAM Health Coach - what would that mean for you? Any and all insights are appreciated. Would it be someone you skype with? Phone calls? Personalized videos sent to your email or text messaged each morning? Would there be weekly check-ins or constant support? Would you have access to articles, blogs, a community, an assigned 'support partner'? An app to connect with others? Group sessions? Weekend workshop getaways? I'm just spinning ideas of the top of my head to show you that there are no limitations.***
Please share with me your DREAM scenario, your fantasy! I am going to take these ideas and see how I can use my own personal strengths to offer something amazing, inspiring, and life-changing to my future clients. Thank you to anyone gracious enough to share their visions. If only we had more companies asking these questions before going into business
