If you DON'T want to loose weight, when is the best time to weight train?

I've been going between 9-10 pm but I thinks thats too late but at the same time I have so much energy at that time.I think its too late because I have to eat not long after exercising but than I can't sleep shortly after eating so I end up sleeping too late. So when is the best time to exercise? I've heard buddhists say its either at sunrise or dawn because you're body is n'sync with the energy of the sun..or something like that, and indeed the gym is most full at around 4-5pm, so is that the best time?
 
it really doesn't matter that much as long as you eat a lot after you weight train... Also there's nothing wrong with eating right before you sleep, in fact I do it every night because my body needs food before it sleeps since that is when my muscles rest and recover the most (during my sleep)
 
I agree it doesn't really matter, whenever is best for you time and energy wise. I train in the afternoon because it's so quiet and it just works well for me, but sometimes I train on a night, have something to eat and my energy level plummets and it's off to sleep I go. Whatever is best for you though.
