Hi Bella! you know noone can tell you the exact amount of weight you will lose. But I have to admit that 1400 calories is too little!! you should eat AT LEAST 1500-1600 calories per day. Otherwise you can harm your health a lot!
Honestly you'll lose a lot with the risk of bingeing. I would up your calorie count. If you eat too little and move too much your body will have crazy cravings that really turn into late night escapades with high calorie food. Just be careful
