Hi,

I was completely embarrassed and mortified to show you my before picture. :( But I guess everyone is self conscious to a certain point and I guess your worst critique is yourself. I let myself go. Like I said in my about me, I would binge eat all the time, although I was still going to the gym; it didn’t matter I kept gaining weight. I was introduced to Herbalife and I was skeptical at first but decided what the heck let me try it and I can only speak for myself ...It worked for me. My picture is proof. I started eating healthier and in my mind it switched from saying diet and it turned into a lifestyle. If I got this results, I know anyone can accomplish them. It who bad do you want it, it starts with you!
This can also be motivational and good advice, I would also keep a journal and write down my feelings and the first thing before I would write anything negative would be 5 positive things why I embarked on this weight loss journey with herbalife. After those 5 bulletin points in my journal
I would write my struggles. I mean I know it might be silly to many, but it might help someone. If I can help you email me or contact me! :)View attachment 21812
 
Congratulations Reyni, I agree that a journal is a great idea. I also believe that Herbalife is a great company, but you can achieve the same/greater results for less cost and through a more nutritious diet plan.
