If eating the same amount, is it better to eat at once or half then half 1 hour later? I have been doing fasting diet by eating the breakfast but skipping lunch & dinner. When I eat breakfast, I eat 1 liter of skimmed milk with some snacks. It got me wondering, should I be drinking the entire 1 liter at once or half liter then half liter 1 hour later? Which one is better for weight loss? I have been losing weight good with this, but it got stalled these days. So, I am trying starving the whole day today. Thinking of trying this for a couple days. But I was just wondering, if I were to eat 1 meal a day again, whether I should be eating the entire portion at once or split half then half by 1 hour.
