Sport Ideas for morning meal, must be able to eat on the run

Sport Fitness
Everyweekday I get up at 5:00 AM to hit the Gym before I work at 7:00. I always grab a Power Bar/Clif bar type of thing with water for my breakfast.

I havent really had a problem with them but I was wondering if there was something better I could eat for Breakfast as these things are like 4 or 5 Weight watcher points a piece. Remeber it has to be something I can eat while I am driving into the Gym.

I know its best to wait until after my workout to eat, but I do not preform nearly as well on an empty stomach.

I've eaten egg whites and oats in a bowl while driving on many occasions.

I just drink egg whites mixed with fat free choc milk when I'm on the run in the morning. Protein & carbs (should be complex, but heck, I'm ina rush!)..

Now you see why insurance is so high on the east coast! lol Not to mention you were on your cell phone at the same time. :)

Get some 1 minute oatmeal. When you wake up, turn on the kettle. Get ready for the gym, make the meal, scarf it down and go. Less than 10 minutes total!

Tell me about it. That's why I pay $275 per month for insurance!

Damn Lee, what happened to the over 25 discount :p . I pay 200 for three vehicles. But I know how it is. Progressive wanted to charge me about 3K a year for fu*kin 95 Neon a few years back.

Damn you got a good rate. I think I paid the over 25 discount for a week until they caught up with my driving record. Im 27 now and all it has been doing is going up!

And I thought Geico was supposed to save you $$$. Wait till I get my hands on that little fu*king lizard!

Geico doesnt even touch Jersey. Only two states Jersey and Maine. I have USAA, got them when I was in the Air Force. I think they probably offer the best rates.

Do you guys have Farm Bureau where you are? I know, the name sounds redneck, but they are reputable. I have full coverage on a 2004 Dodge Stratus R/T (in red, which raises the rates I'm told), a 2002 Jeep Cherokee Laredo, and a 2006 Honda CBR600F4i Motorcycle and all 3 cost me $130 a month total. But then again, we have clean driving records. Maybe that's partially the difference... and we are in a low crime/light traffic area.

Angel, you're in Arkansas, we are in the a$$hole corner of the US. So many people = many auto accidents. It really sucks, I cant wait to move so my insurance will go down to that price.

I pay 155/month right now, and that's down 20 bucks from last year. I'm a safe driver though, not risky.
