Ok, I am totally confused is there someone out there that knows the answer? Here is the question....
When I started this lifestyle change I set a goal of 135 pounds, due to the fact that that was how much I weighed 10+ years ago when I was a size 6-8. I am now currently at 153 pounds and wearing a 6-8. Granted, this is the first time I have actually worked out and used diet together to lose weight. So what I don't understand is if I try to get to my "ideal" weight set by all the tools on the internet, I will be in a size 4. No offense to anyone, but I don't want to be a size 4, I think it looks too skinny on me. That being said, how much do I alter my goal weight? Also, anybody else having this confusion? Appreciate any feedback.
