I have an idea for a challenge type duo thing. Pretty much everyone would run against another person to compete to who can lose the most weight in a month. Kinda like the Biggest Loser. We could even do it as a bracket thing. I know in my past when I've compared my weight to my friend who is the around the same height, age, and weight... I tend to do better. Its a friendly competition! Not sure if that is a good idea or not.

Do you mean like on the forum or with your "physical" friends? If you meant the forum, I am always up for a challenge (mostly for motivation purposes), although my goal of losing a pound per day throughout july is a big enough challenge on its own. ;)
 
Nice idea I too agree that with some sort of comparisons one can reach their goal (reduce their weight) easily.

Many people believe that biggest loser encourages a dangerous level of quick weight loss that is not sustainable in the long run.
Take a look at that thread for a lot of opinions on this subject.
