you know what bad means. asking me to define a word is just gonna lead to word games and time wasting.
i also know that its bad, but my question is more appropriately "is one tablespoon of icecream daily within the limit of what you would consider allowable for not-so-healthy food?"
Well, the difference between gaining weight or losing weight is calories in versus calories out. So if you are on the hairy edge of that limit and then suck down that ice cream putting you at a caloric surplus, then you will gain weight. So in that repect I would consider it bad.
This question is bad. I wasn't asking you to define the definition of bad but the context you were using it in. This was posted in 'Nutrition' - therefore, the range of responses is huge.
I was simply asking you to clarify the question. But since you ask - no, you can't have ice cream.
