Sport ice cream once in a while eh eh eh???

while doin the 6-7 day/nigh meal plan is it terrible to once in a while have a bowl of ice cream will it really do that much harm...i'm sayin maybe once a week..week and half is it that bad?
 
well, of course the ice cream itself is not so great for you generally. But you should allow yourself some free meals from time to time. If having the occasional bowl of ice cream will allow you to stick to your goals, then I would definitely say go ahead. If you think you won't be able to keep it from becoming a more frequent snack, then I wouldn't have it.
 
yea... little things add up, and time matters more than anything...
discipline is key, i probably shouldn't talk though i eat more than i should haha...
 
Right allow yourself to a cheat if you must need it.. the key is moderation.

Simple sauce bowl of icecream.. compared to a large bowl of moosetracks.. with crushed waffle cone peices, caramel topping laced with chocolate chips.

Get the idea. :)

Its ok to have it a few times a week as long as it is the low fat kind with like 3 grams of fat or less cause it has low fat and has only about 100 to 90 cal's per serving and it has protein and calcium.
