hi everybody, i know half of the threads in the section of the forum are about 14 year olds wanting a buff body, but this is not. i am a 14 year old boy, i am reasonably fit, i do kung fu and train 5 days a week. my arms are rather fit and have a muscle mass that suites me, but my abdomen is not, i would not say i am fat, and i think i have the potential to have a tight abdomen but i don't want one. just a more fit one. so, my diet is like most other boys my age, i eat a lot. and i really don't have much workout equipment but do i need any for abdomen workout?. thanks for your time, and have a good day
