i would like to even it out

hi everybody, i know half of the threads in the section of the forum are about 14 year olds wanting a buff body, but this is not. i am a 14 year old boy, i am reasonably fit, i do kung fu and train 5 days a week. my arms are rather fit and have a muscle mass that suites me, but my abdomen is not, i would not say i am fat, and i think i have the potential to have a tight abdomen but i don't want one. just a more fit one. so, my diet is like most other boys my age, i eat a lot. and i really don't have much workout equipment but do i need any for abdomen workout?. thanks for your time, and have a good day
 
wow, i have been busy with life lately. So I have started doing 50 crunches, 25 pushups, and 25 (like crunches but you straighten your legs so they are towards the sky, then you touch you toes) pull up crunches before I go to bed and when I wake up, also I took a body fat test online and here are the results "You have 6.5% body fat.

You have 8.4 Pounds of fat and 120.6 Pounds of lean (muscle, bone, body water)." is that a reasonable amount of body fat?. Thanks in advance.
