Not to toot my own horn, but I don't get to very often and am very proud of my success. Though, I am not done yet, it has been a great run to reaching another goal.

For the past three months, the fitness center here at Minot Air Force Base, North Dakota has been holding their own Biggest Loser Competition. The final results came in today. I barely missed winning March and April by just a few ounces...yes ounces. They (fitness officials) did not disclose the stats of non-winners, so I really don't know how much I own by.

Regardless, here are my stats of weight loss for the past three months since 22 Feb 10. Now, this is all based on results from The "BOD POD Body Composition Tracking system analysis".

Feb 22, 2010:
% Fat: 39.1%
% Fat Free Mass: 60.9%
Fat Mass: 86.421 lbs
Fat Free Mass: 134.440 lbs
Body Mass: 220.861 lbs
Body Volume: 98.993 Liters

May 26, 2010:

% Fat: 29.2%
% Fat Free Mass: 70.8%
Fat Mass: 56.786 lbs
Fat Free Mass: 137.437 lbs
Body Mass: 194.223 lbs
Body Volume: 85.293 Liters

So...in a nut shell. I lost 9.8% Body Fat, 29.635 Lbs of Fat and gained 2.997 lbs of muscle.

I'd love to hear from other's similar success! :waving::seeya:

Hey i was around 225 and gotten to 211. im stuck at a wall. i was wondering what you were doing to lose that weight? im trying to get down to 190 ish . This was my post i posted today looking for help.

Help.

In the past week and a half i lost 17 pounds. I dropped from 225 to 208 and am now back to 211. Ive mostly hit a roadblock in my weightloss. Im 6'2" and 19. so according to BMI calculators and charts im suppoed to be between 144 and 194. im looking to get to 180. s mostly a loss of another 30 pounds.

My workouts have been 2 mile runs everymorning on a hilly course, alternating days with push ups, situps and then doing biceps other days with curls and pullups. Ive cut all of my meals in half. Also i have started having a very low carb intake.

Does anyone have any suggestions that could help me out?

With food or exerscises i could do? im close to having a flat stomach for the first time in my life.
