Hi all, new guy here in Alabama. I just found this place, but I started my diet......I mean lifestyle change (haha) several weeks ago. I started at 285 and I am down to 258. My goal is 199. I'm doing it the simple way, eating less and moving more. Eating much healthier and cutting back on the booze as well. I'm also back to lifting weights and plan to get back into mountain biking as well. I already feel much better physically and my self confidence is definitely rising.
