AND.... ROFLMAO...... my ex wife (whom I still hang out with) started playing with the shake N weight. I laughed until I almost started crying.
NEVER play with a toy that simulates.... THAT action in public. ROLMAO.

LMAO it's definitely the only exercise equipment that should come with a rated M for Mature warning.
 
My grandmother got this to tone her arms and she was demonstrating it to me and my husband. I am not one to have my head in the gutter but...it was so awkward. Did it have to be my granny too! *sigh*

wanna hear a funny story?? Just b/c its about grandmas and "not getting things" But ok, once i was talking to my brother at some holiday get together and He said "yea right, like you never lie to your kids.....sorry hun, mommy didn't mean to wake you up...i just.......stubbed my toe on the door! yea thats it...and um, i was yelling b/c it hurt, thats all :) " and I said "thats hilarious actually, b/c it happend just this morning...but I didn't stub my toe, I was "crying" b/c I was having a "nightmare" SO we all kinda got a chuckle out of it when my Grammie chimed in "oh hunny, you had a nightmare?!?! those are AWFUL! I had one last week!" and we started laughing SOO hard...she had NO IDEA what we were talking about :)

anyways....back to topic at hand, lol
