I wasn't always fat (my diary)

I'm a 27 year old male, 5'11", 212lbs.
I don't work out. I'm starting tomorrow morning.
My pants are 36 inch waist (when I'm lucky), 38 inch when I'm not.
I get winded easily. I can't run 100 yards.
My dad just had a heart attack.
When I graduated high school, I weighed 130 lbs.
I could eat chocolate chip cookies for every meal. I can skip cokes. I don't mind tuna steaks, but I hate tuna out of a can with mayo.
I'm a handsome (but fat) devil.

Here's what I ate today. I don't want to be on the cover of men's health. I want to be able to buy pants at Banana Republic or Armani Exchange. I have until March. If you think I should do something different, let me know. I like feedback.
