I want to take Vitamin E but so many choices?

I'm 22 year old male. Trying to be healhier and I want to start taking vitamin E. But theres so many different kinds and brands its all confusing. I grabbed Nature's Bounty Water Soluble E 400 Iu natural with dl-Alpha and d-alpha.

Is natures bounty a good brand. Its gel cap form so will that be an issue. And they also had vitamin that said pure this is natural. Which is better. And is 400 iu a day to much. its 1333 percent of the daily value. Also, what is the best brand of vitamins like E that you can buy. Cause I want the best and healthiest.

The brands that contain d-alpha tocopherols are a more pure form of vitamin E. However, if you can find a cold-pressed wheat germ oil, it is probably the best form of natural vitamin E. Gel caps will not be an issue. As for the "best" vitamins, there are alot of good companies out there. You get what you pay for, so stay away from the lower priced supplements. The companies that I know of that have a strong reputation are Flora, Udo's Choice, Greens +, Mannatech...There are a few others I know of and others I don't know of, so if someone wants to add to this list, feel free. (If it's ok to mention names on this site.) ...Pete

go here then click on either Cataplex E or Cataplex E2.

Probably the best E-Vitamin complexes you can buy. I would highly recommend them to anybody.
