I Want To Start Working Out

Okay, so I am 16 years old (nearly 17, I turn 17 July 21st), I am 6 foot exactly and weigh a measly 148 pounds and according to my scale I am 13% body fat. I'm really wanting to begin working out but I live with my mom at the moment and she won't buy me anything to do so with. She sold the weight bench to someone a little while ago, and she won't buy a new one. We don't have a treadmill, elliptical, or anything of the sort. We don't have any dumbbells either, so basically I have none of the materials for me to begin working out and it really gets me down. I don't have any bar around that I can do chinups on, or anything like that. Whenever I do push-ups I can do maybe four or five and then I begin to get a great pain in my elbows and shoulders and wrists, and my arms shake vigorously. I eat rather healthily, and drink several cups of skim milk a day. I longboard for a few hours daily as well. I don't have a pool so I can't do any training in a pool either. I'm really in a ****ty situation...does anyone have any suggestions as to where to start out? And does anyone know why doing push-ups is so strenuous for me? My head also begins to hurt when I do push-ups...

Google body weight exercises for some routines that you can do without any equipment. Here is a link with some great ideas:

You should write down an exercise routine with weekly goals. Start with pushups but put your knees on the floor to make them easier. Add exersices from the link until you are doing about 30 minutes every day. Do at least 3 sets of every exercise. I know that longboarding is fun but try to strike a balance. If you have 2 hours a day to kill spend 1 hour longboarding, 30 minutes doing body weight exercises and 30 minutes to stimulate your mind...read/learn/explore!

Keep us posted on your progress.
