I have been gaiing weight consistanly for a while now, I have memebership to a gym but I am not motovated to go. I wish I had a work out buddy I need someone to do with me so that we can encourge each other, My eating habits are very bad. Some please help me get on the right path to weight loss. I sit down at work every day so that does not help the sitiuation. I am getting married next year, I just want to look great at my wedding. I hate diets and restrictions? What can I do?
