I want to Lose weight

I have been gaiing weight consistanly for a while now, I have memebership to a gym but I am not motovated to go. I wish I had a work out buddy I need someone to do with me so that we can encourge each other, My eating habits are very bad. Some please help me get on the right path to weight loss. I sit down at work every day so that does not help the sitiuation. I am getting married next year, I just want to look great at my wedding. I hate diets and restrictions? What can I do?
 
Hi Chany! I hate diets too, lol. What you can do is work on one thing a week. Like, this week I'm done w/ reg. pop. and stick to that. The next week say, ok, now its diet pop...and i'm giving up....whatever, this week. You know? I'm on a 1200 cal diet, and I LOVE it, b/c I get to have whatever I want as long as I don't go over 1200 cals.
