Right after some help i want to loose weight but scared...
your thinking why wanting to loose weight it has got to be good well here goes...
Im a 31 male weight last i checked 23ish stone height 5,8 so im classed on the obese side of the scale.anyway i have always been a big build lad but over the years i have had weight issues but always managed to get them under control but lately the weight has crept up and cant seem to loose it but im wanting to loose it but scared. anyway the part im scared off is say i loose the fat and go down to a healthy 16 ish stone is having any saggy skin i would hate that to happen.
the last time i was training i was eating right sometimes taking fat burners just to help as well as going to the gym 4 times a week but noticed the skin was starting to hang and i didnt like it but kept going and also going to some juijitsu lessons to help well until i lost my job and then broke up with the g/f so i turned back to food and the weight has gone back up.
what would the best way to loose the weight so that dosnt happen or is it one of them things thats going to happen??
