What is organic food? From where can we buy organic products? Actually, I’m suffering from health problems and my family doctor has suggested me to take only organic food. So I want to know more about organic food and their recipes. Please let me know if you have any information. Thanks.

Organic foods are produced according to certain production standards. For crops, it means they were grown without the use of conventional pesticides, artificial fertilizers, human waste, or sewage sludge, and that they were processed without ionizing radiation or food additives.

That's the basic gist of organic food, i think. However where to buy it would depend on where you live, although here in England you can buy it at pretty much every supermarket, as far as i know. So i guess when you go food shopping, just check in your local supermarkets to see if they sell organic foods (Although the bigger chains usually do). Hope that helped somehow lol
