Sport I want to eat the same meals, everyday, for the rest of my life

i've found a pretty sick routine and i've been sticking to it 5 days a week and they take about 2-3.5 hours to do each day. i found that a meer scoop and a half of protein and 50 grams of dextrose isn't enough as a post meal workout, and to see better gains and be healthier overall, i'd have to make everything i eat fill my diet needs perfectly

i want to plan out my daily meals nutrition info so that it fills all my carbs, fats, protein, etc. does anyone have any useful links or some tips for planning out something like this?
 
You've found a routine that requires you to work out up to 18 hours a week? Ouch. Try

that looks really sick, and it's free too, thanks

and it's about 15 hours a week including 30-50 mins of cardio a day, not so bad
