I want to eat everything....

I'm at 2 weeks eating healthy on Monday & my brain says I'm going to die if I don't eat all the foods.... I know it's not true... It's not physical.... It's mental from years of over eating..... ugh! So frustrating! Gotta psh through. I'm stronger than my addiction to food. :mad:
 
It will be ok! Just hang in there, keep fighting for a better you. You're doing great.
 
It certainly does get easier the longer you keep it up. Changing your diet completely is not easy. You always will think of that cheeseburger or dessert. I like to treat myself once a week to something special. This helps me with the cravings I often get. Maybe it will work for you too.
 
Do you know what your current calorie intake is? You're possibly not eating enough.
What does your die consist of and do you enjoy eating those foods?

Making it past two weeks is great so let's add two more weeks to that shall we? You'll definitely have made some significant progress after one whole month of eating healthily so keep at it!
 
I hear you! If only it was a simple as thinking - tomorrow I'm not going to do that again. But tomorrow comes and it's hard to resist. We can do it though. Hang on in there :hug2:
 
I'm doing a lot better now. I decided to join weight watchers so that's really helping to keep my nutrition on track & I can save a couple points for a yogurt in the evening.

I found the best way to deal with this... is carrots.

Seriously. Get rid of all your snack food. Just have raw carrots.

Your body will tell you that it wants to snack. Go ahead. You can eat a million carrots and it won't make you fat.

But chewing raw carrots is sure going to take you ages. You'll feel like it takes you a year to eat one. That's great, because that bit of your mind that's saying, "I'm not eating enough" is kept occupied. So is the bit of you that worries about your snacking affecting your weight loss goals.
