.I want to do this the natural way.

.I am not keen on on the idea of taking medicines or some treatment to help me lose fat quicker. However I just don't seem to slim down at all. I try to eat right, sometimes I resort to eating on a fast food because it's fast and I get food, I don't abuse it though. I snack fruits and I try to be as active as possible. I used to do a lot of weights back in the day but it bulked me up and didn't make the fat go away. Anyone can help?.
 
Hi Zombie, welcome in the forum. Hopefully you will find lots of advice here? So what do you mean by "try to eat right"? What do you usually eat a day? Maybe you should write it down and look at the amount of calories. It might be that you simply have to many calories. And what kind of sports do you do? And how often do you exercise?
