Looking for some inspiration to shed some pounds and some people to talk to while doing it. Not looking for a diet plan exactly,as they are too rigid. Want to keep a food diary and eat with health in mind.:)

Not sure how much you are wanting to lose but GO FOR IT! What ever it is. You can not think of what you are doing as a diet. Not to sound like like a clique but it must be a "lifestyle change" for it to work. I have lost 137# and countin. I believe it is more mental than physical. Every day is a concious choice to succeed. Change is also a necessity in fat loss. FAT LOSS not weight loss!!! START today and don't quit till you reach your goals!! GOALS inspire you and they stoke your desire to be the person you want to be!! With out the desire failure is is option. How bad do you want it? (a healthy and fit life). Start today don't procrastinate. You'll never be READY to start so force the issue and GO.

Welcome to the forum! You can set up your diary on here in the diary section and then people on here can look at what you are eating and offer suggestions and support.
