I wanna make my biceps and abs larger, what am I to do?

Hey everyone im 16 and need to know a great bicep workout and ab workout for a person at my age that would be good for me to do any suggestions????

Want great abs and biceps? Start bulking my friend. eat a lot of healthy proteins, lift a weight that you can do the form PROPERLY and build up from there. Also for abs look up power breathing and plank exercises. I recommend for biceps, to start curling like a 30lb dumbbell (if your able to) 8 reps, then move down to a 15 lb dumbbell and slowly curl it one arm at a time 8 reps while holding he other dumbbell on your other arm level to body. Guarantee you'll feel the burn and get ripped in no time.

I usually do 21s (barbell curls) inside grip, but make sure you find the right weight where 21 reps = failure. Then I follow up with the dumbell curls that Superman_1390 suggested here. Those are great, because you'll start to notice your biceps having more of that "peak" look to them.

I would suggest lifting a weight that you can do in set's of 8's and do 3 set's. Do regular curl's, preacher curl's, hammer curl's and DON'T forget tricept's, they make up more of your arm than your bicept does so it doesn't make sense to neglect them. Like Superman said, start eating healthy protein's and carb's you need them in your diet, doing this consistently will definently accomplish your goal.
