Hey everyone im 16 and need to know a great bicep workout and ab workout for a person at my age that would be good for me to do any suggestions????
I recommend for biceps, to start curling like a 30lb dumbbell (if your able to) 8 reps, then move down to a 15 lb dumbbell and slowly curl it one arm at a time 8 reps while holding he other dumbbell on your other arm level to body. Guarantee you'll feel the burn and get ripped in no time.
