I'm down 2 inches off my bust, two inches off my hips and three inches off my waist. YES! This excites me because I would rather lose inches than pounds. I think i'll take my measurements again around the begining of Feb. I want to be a little hottie by v-day ;]

I think i'm going to lower my carbs(about 10gms less), up my water, protein & exercise.

Do any of you have like that ONE food you LOVE? Mine is natural pb on low cal toast its only 85c a piece but I can eat 2 pieces at a time twice a day which isn't good so i've cut that out starting today.

I am a sucker for pasta! I just cannot resist its call! I've taken lately to having spaghetti with just margarine and seasoning salt, so its much less "bad", but every now and again, some alfredo sauce "sneaks" onto my plate :p

why not use a light wholewheat multigrain english muffin thats only 100 calories instead of the low cal toast? a little pb on that and you have a great snack which you can actually split into two snacks. well thats what i'd do anyway. :)
 
Congratulations on the inches..... Your hard work is paying off.... It makes me happy to hear of your sucessess. Makes me think I can get there too...

What is your take on low fat or fat free PB? Is is good? I have been too stubborn to try it and I do enjoy PB with my bananas.

I also love popcorn.
 
That's awesome, Likeamodelx! You must be thrilled! I am planning on doing measurements instead of weighing myself too. Much more satisfying!
