So, I think I mentioned in my log that I'm an artist. Besides my passion for fitness, I have a passion for painting and cars. So I've been painting cars. I thought I'd post some pictures and see what everyone thinks. I just sold my first painting today. That's why I'm so happy. :)

Wow. You must really love cars.

You're very talented though, pictures look so real can't even tell whether they were painted.
 
Since you have a passion for both cars and fitness.

How about drawing something fitness related? That would be pretty cool.

btw, how lond do each of these paintings take you? Do you do them all at once or finish some, take a break and finish some more a couple days later, and so on?
 
Well, some I spend more time on than others. The one with the stripy green background didn't take me very long. It was a part of a series for my art class. I did that one at the same time as two others. The rest of them took 1-2 weeks individually. The last one, the red and white one, took me a good 3 weeks. That's the one I sold.


Oh, and I've also tried to draw some fitness related stuff. I haven't taken a figure drawing class, but I have drawn some pictures of muscular bodies. I'm thinking of taking a figure drawing class sometime in the future. I've mastered the car body, and it's time to learn how to paint a human body.
 
Those are cool paintings, Spicy! I'm not much of a car buff (more into bicycles and boats), but if I were, I'd hire you paint me a 1969 yellow Dodge SuperBee (my dream car)!

Spicy with talent like that you will do very well. Great job!!! Keep it up! The sky is the limit for you.

Being in an artsy kinda field I really appreciate seeing talent like that.

Yeah, I've been showing my paintings at car shows here and there. That's how I ended up doing the last one. I painted it for someone and got paid!
