Alright,

I've been trying to drop the lbs for the past 6 months now. I started out at 250 lbs and I am currently 205 lbs right now. I plateaued around 3 months ago, and have been hoovering around 200-210 lbs since, finding it impossible to drop the last lbs....Here are my dimensions:

5'9
Male
23 years old
Mesomorph
205 lbs
23% bodyfat @ 230 lbs (not sure about now)
90% of my fat is around my waist

My former diet approach: I used to eat around 1300-1600 cals per day, plenty protein, I used to run ALMOST every night for a mile or two, and every 3 or 4 days I'd hit the gym for some weight training but that was very inconsistent as the hours at the gym sucked. I managed to lose 45 lbs like that, went from XXL to now a L. But then I plateaued, I tried to run more, failed, I tried to hit the gym more, failed, I tried to eat more, started to gain. So I gave up, but I didn't give up on my diet, I kinda still ate healthy, but stopped using fitday and stopped running, but still counted calories, but only roughly. A week ago I got sick of it, and started to get my stuff together again, I went to Academy, bought 150 lbs of free weights, a workout bench which allowed for bench presses and leg curls and I've been working out EVERYDAY since and I've been doing fitday as well since...Here is my new approach:

Weight training EVERY DAY, heavy weights, about 10 reps for 2-3 sets.

Saturday: Chest, Shoulders

Sunday: Back

Monday: Legs

Tuesday: Triceps, Abs

Wednesday: Biceps

Thursday: Abs, run for a while

Friday: Off

I eat about 1800 calories and about 1g protein/weight in lbs. I drink a protein rich shake after each workout and I drink plenty of water.

Im tired of plateauing, how does this look to a more experience set of eyes?
