I think I finally over did it

Today I can hardly move...I woke up this morning with the worse back ache ever:eek: I have really been pushing myself these last two weeks to finally start loosing weight...My typical day is Tae Bo in the mornings...work all day...(cleaning houses by myself) and Curves after work and if I am ambitious enough which usually i am, Tae Bo again in the evenings;) Yesturday was a pretty brutal work day...I did Tae Bo in the morning and then worked...ran out of time to get to Curves...Oh my am I sore...I will go for a walk or soemthing today and or use my exercise bike as well...finally pulled the sucker out of the garage and dusted off the spider webs:eek: LOL...It will be a living off tylonal day...

My God woman, you are doing a bit much. Slow it down some. It's great that your'e so motivated, but you don't want to hurt your body.
 
Oh, I'm horribly guilty of this.
I get all motivated to lose weight, so that day I'll exercise till I drop. The next day I'll barely be able to move so I won't exercise for the next 3 or 4 days, but by that time I've lost all my motivation.
I decided to take the exercising slow this time.
 
I know..hence my frustration at no appearant weight loss...LOL...I was talking to a woman who works at Curves on Thursday and she thinks I am trying to do to much, she said the Tae Bo in the mornings is good and going htere is fine to but if I do anyhting else it needs to just be a walk in the evenings...

And don't try and be slick and keep it up but not post it either. I'm a mother too and I WILL know! :D

LOL...I will cut back..Im still gonna exercise alot but I will cut back on the Tae bo twice a day...I know hey beware of us mothers...oh I bought another exercise ball...the girls broke my last one, so that I can start doing some strength training again as well...
