ok, so I'm new to the forum, but I thought that if i started a fitness journal that I might be able to be more motivated. This is mostly for me, but if you have anything to say feel free to make some comments.
This might not be the best week to start something like this, but here goes nothin'
This week is bad.
Hips, ankles and shins all have it out for me. (I don't rightly know what's wrong ... I get a different diagnosis each doctor i see)
So Friday I tried to jog for sets of 1 min ... yeah total failure due to some soreness from a workout earlier in the week. (My co-workers and I take turns planning group workout sessions ... sometimes I go beyond what i really should)
So today I tried walking some.
2 miles in 28 mins ... so pathetic
... what was even worse was my boss didn't trust me to push myself ... instead he told our assistant boss to make me go faster. I don't particularly like those two.
Needless to say I'm pretty upset mostly because i fell short of my goal and also because he thinks I need a baby sitter.
I had been doing really well, but now, I'm just not motivated anymore.
