Hello eveyrbody.
Im a man, 5'9 150lbs, So i went from eating fastfood everyday and drinking sodas and frankly im tired of it.

I started trying to eat healthy, Im no expert on this but i need to see if this is good for me to lose some weight.

Morning: Fat Free Eggs With Bell Peppers + Small Side of Brown Rice
Accompanied with water.

Afternoon sugar crave: Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt + 3 Unsweetend chopped Strawberries And Organic Tripple Berry Gornola Mix + Water

5pm 2 Jenni O Turkey Patties W/No Bread + Small Salad With 1 TBS Of Dressing Accompanied by lots of water drinking through out the day.

I hit the gym once a day, Doing my traps, working on biceps, Leg lifts and mild bike cardio.

Than at night i hit my 25lb dumbells @ home doing traps, Curls and push ups.

No Benching for me. Sorry lol

So does this sound like im on the right track? When can i see some results!

Im really really happy that im finding some self control and so far am avoiding unhealthy costly foods! and sugary high fructose corn syrup! yuk

Any other food suggestions please suggest to me
I will get into some fish and chicken later, I just learned how to cook, yes i know super late lol

Your not really providing enough info, what is the nutritional values on all that processed stuff your eating (patties etc.) by fat free eggs is this just egg whites which contain minimal fat or is this a brand name etc for some kind of processed food ? Your also not providing quantities, even generally healthy food will make you fat when you eat too much of it. Your workout is a recipe for disaster.
