I'm a teen girl and I'm currently fat as hell ( I weigh approx 189 pounds and 85 kg
). I really want to loose 30 kilos (I want to way between 90 and 100 pounds/ 50 kilos) before school starts (in a month and two weeks) and so I'm wondering about a few things;
If I stop eating right now, how fast would it take for me to shed all that weight? And if possible, is there any very fast way that doesn't involve fasting or purging? I know what I'm going to do is really unhealthy but I'm really desperate, and I won't look good (bodywise) unless I'm borderline anorexic. I don't care If I destroy myself anyway.
