I really need to lose weight fast! Help!!

Hi,
I'm a teen girl and I'm currently fat as hell ( I weigh approx 189 pounds and 85 kg :( ). I really want to loose 30 kilos (I want to way between 90 and 100 pounds/ 50 kilos) before school starts (in a month and two weeks) and so I'm wondering about a few things;
If I stop eating right now, how fast would it take for me to shed all that weight? And if possible, is there any very fast way that doesn't involve fasting or purging? I know what I'm going to do is really unhealthy but I'm really desperate, and I won't look good (bodywise) unless I'm borderline anorexic. I don't care If I destroy myself anyway.
 
Hi, try drinking at least 90 ozs. Of water everyday. You will not loss weight fast, but you will loss it. The best way I have found to lose weight is eat portion size every two to three hours everyday, 5 to 6 times a day. Now that is not easy, but it works.
 
You aren't going to lose that kind of weight in six weeks. You have to be realistic. Starving yourself is not an option for two reasons.

Firstly, as you correctly say, it is extremely unhealthy.

Secondly, it won't work. Your body is much smarter than you are. It is the culmination of billions of years of evolution. If you cut out all food, it will go into starvation mode, hanging on to every calorie. You will be tired all the time as your body forces you to conserve energy. When you do eat something, your body will do its best to store it as fat, which essentially means that your efforts will be completely in vain.

Weight loss should be about lifestyle. You're not going on a diet, you're changing your lifestyle. Healthy food, reasonable exercise, good hygiene, appropriate rest.

You can do this but you need to focus. Why not take the weight loss goal that you've got, i.e.to lose 90 pounds, and set it to realistic timescale? If you aim to lose two pounds a week, you'll have reached your goal by this time next year and you'll be much more likely to keep it off.

Have a think about it tonight, really mull it over, and make tomorrow day one of your new lifestyle.
 
Ever hear about yo yo dieting.. this is how it begins.. you Will lose weight but it will be muscle & water.. which will slow your metabolism more because you lost the active tissue meaning muscle.. because they were not fed.. so it had to go .. because .. now it is a stress.. please do not do this..
if you want to lose the weight for good do it correctly.. please understand us girls.. for sure .. have it backwards.. we all want the Beautiful firm body .. but that firm body is made of muscle‼️‼️.. change your diet.. remove the foods that we all know is bad.. plus .. eat as many veggies as you want.. watch the dressings of course.. fruit.. enjoy.. eat every 4 hours.. small meals.. like snacks.. because.. you will eat again soon.. this will reduce cortisol.. plus keep your blood sugar stable.. which is necessary to keep the muscle you have..&.. eat lean meats/ dairy... then walk regularly.. burning fat is actually a slow metabolic process.. because it .. meaning the energy from the fats .. has to become available through metabolic reactions.. so to burn the most fat regular walks 3 times a day are great.. but you can interval it ... increasing calorie burning.. just getting your heart rate up higher.. for a short period.. does wonders.. plus EPOC. Excess post exercise oxygen consumption.. your metabolism is higher after exercise .. because you're in oxygen debt ... as oxygen wasn't always available during the times of increased activity ..
