AFor the last few days, I've been eating less than 1200 calories to lose weight.I now know that's wrong, but I fear if I eat properly now, I will gain what I lost and more. Please help!
The thing is calories mean nothing they are simply a unit of energy. If you take in a million calories but you don't give the body the essential nutrients it needs it will still be deprived. With your 1,200 calorie diet were you intaking the essential fatty and amino acids that your body requires? That is the real question.
