I think this forum is a little difficult to navigate. There are a lot of ad links to other forums, etc. I just signed up, and clicking around ended up on another forum. Plus there are a lot of dead topic areas. I am new and I am looking forward to building connections on this network.
 
Well I don't think it's because people have "lives" outside the forum. I think it's more or less that a lot of senior members are gone or not as active as they once were. Plus, a lot of senior members moved on to other forums or went out with a bang, you know Old Yeller style, right between the eyes.
 
You've noticed it's gone quiet LATELY? It's been dead for almost the past year.

This used to be a good forum, now it's just a mess with very little quality of people with knowledge.
 
I still think its a great website....just because it's been quiet lately doesnt mean **** to me. If i still got questions that I would like to be answered there are hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of threads in here with wonderful information about everything. Things change people, i'm only 20 and I understand it. I don't complain. People come and go thats the way it works in life. If you cant accept it than idk way to say.
 
Agree with Danny, and I'm erm..almost double his age:eek:

loads of info to be got here, for example its where I found the 5x5 system and I think its great!

Now will someone answer my question about 'cutting' in the weight loss section, please??:):)
