Nobody can give you a 'program' with such limited information. In addition, the program mentality really isn't what you should be after. Instead, why not start by reading the stickies found on the forum. They're jam packed with useful, foundational information to get you started. They'll give you the knowledge you need to progress yourself toward your goals.

Of course they're not the be all end all to everyone's solutions. If, after reading, you still have specific questions, by all means ask. We'll do our best to answer.

I'd start here:

My advice would be first of all to avoid panicking or setting unrealistic expectations that there is a magic "fix it" button that will get you where you want to be. The journey of a a thousand miles starts with a single step. You absolutely can make the changes you are dreaming of, but nothing that will last comes without some process of discovering what uniquely works for you because the most important changes are the internal ones. And those only come with time. I think Steve's advice to read the stickies is a great one, and then just try changing one habit a week that is counterproductive to your goals. For instance, try replacing carbonated drinks with water this week. Or try to add a vegetable into each meal next week. Or try to do 10 minutes of exercise a day and build up from there. You can do it. :)

thaaaaaaaaaaanx guys so much , I appreciate it
and i'm ready to start the journey and i'm waiting for more advices and tips
thanks a lot

You dont need much more than the advice Steve gave you above. He is a very smart man and knows his stuff.

The more you learn for yourself the better off you are.

70kg is 154.3 pounds. You can find this information by Googling "weight conversion"

You would need to combine the following:
-Exercise (45 minutes minimum a day)
-Food portion control
-Good eating habits (No Junk food, no soda, no processed foods, etc)
-Water intake (At least 8 cups a day)

You'd need to do more research to find out what works best for you and adjust as needed. But keep in mind, that this is a lifestyle change. Now is a good time to change it, because you'll be faced with fantastic buffets & a lot of beer & soft drinks in college. (I know I did)

Good luck
