You look good! And congratulations on your weight loss! Just keep eating healthy. You probably don't need to lose anymore, but I think if you toned up a bit, you'd feel so much better about the way you look. If you don't have access to a gym or weightlifting equipment, start doing situps, crunches, and pushups. That'll tighten your abs and chest. I hope this helped a little!

You're right that you can't spot reduce. All over weight training may be beneficial for you though.
