I need to work on all of my lower body

What are some good exercises i can do in my home to get more done then what i get with situps, some crunches and v ups?

Also i'm wondering where i can get more information on good exercises to do for my lower body and back too. I'm trying to get a schedule down and i need good excercises to mix things up besides the baisc ones that only hit some areas.

Do you have some weights? Otherwise you are quite limited but there are still things you can do...

Lower body:
Squats (many variations)
Lunges
Some form of jump squat

Upper body:
Pullups (back/bi's)
Pushups (various types)
Dips
Handstand pushups

Theres just a few.......;)
 
I have weights, multiple sets of dumbbells and planning on getting more to choose from. Which types of weights are good to have laying around?
 
Do pulse ups isolate the lower abs?
For some reason when i do my ab exercises it really hits the top and mid section well but the lower part around my waistline gets neglected and that shows in how much body looks. The top is getting shaped and toned quicker.

What are some good exercises that target the lower lower abs specifically
